Yo, all online orders are final—no refunds, no exceptions. Since our products are perishable, we can't accept returns. Refunds or exchanges? Not happening, especially based on personal taste. Excluding a flaw at our end.
We’re not responsible for any packages that get stolen or damaged when left outdoors if no one’s there to grab them.
We’re also not liable for any product that’s affected by temperature during shipping.
Wildlife getting into your package?
If your package can’t be delivered or is delayed because you gave us incomplete or incorrect shipping info, that’s on you.
And if weather, package refusal, or an incorrect address causes delays? We don’t issue refunds for that either.
We only guarantee product quality if it’s delivered within the shipping window you selected at checkout.
Non-returnable items:
Gift cards are non-returnable, no exceptions.
